Our Services

Individual Therapy

We understand that coming to therapy can be daunting. We therefore aim to provide a warm and safe environment, and work with you to understand your emotional and psychological needs and therapeutic goals.

Everyone is different; some of us might require long-term therapy, whilst others might only need a few sessions to address their emotional or psychological needs. Regardless of the challenges and needs, we work with you to achieve self-understanding, and help you develop more satisfying ways to cope with life stressors, uncomfortable beliefs, thoughts and emotions with the aim to achieve more meaningful and fulfilling lives.

Adolescent Work

We are experienced in working with adolescents and understand that they require a safe environment to explore their emotional difficulties, relationship needs, and to develop their sense of self-identity. We enjoy witnessing their growth, increased self-esteem and confidence throughout therapy by developing more adaptive ways to deal with life challenges and transitions.

Having been trained in family therapy we understand the needs and difficulties adolescents experience within their family and social relationships. We also understand however that most young adolescents (i.e., 10-16) benefit best from family therapy rather than individual work. We therefore only work with adolescents aged 16 and over, and let specialised family therapists/psychologists work with younger adolescents.
